The lobby, the reception, the local area, a good atmosphere all around!

When I called for directions, the man at the desk was very helpful. He gave great directions on which train to take and where to get off.

The second day charge was more than the first or third night.

Bed was not to bad

The room was tiny and very smelly. Carpet very dirty.

The location is perfect, just a pleasant 15-minute walk from the Pantheon and moments from various eateries. Daily cleaning ensured the cozy standard twin room felt cute. The bathroom's size was a challenge, and the shower setup felt a bit outdated.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room small but comfortable. Good value for the money and they had an elevator!!

It was close to the subway system

My view was of a brick wall, no air conditioning or a fan. The noise from the pub on the corner came right into the room, the elevator was right next to my room I heard it all night long

Nothing at all. It was a complete disaster.

Dirty sheets, dirty toilet, dirty towels, very dirty in general. The room was a rabbit hutch, and the bathroom was disgusting. Never felt so dirty. Didn't even want to put the wheels of the suitcase on the carpet. Getting out to the street felt very clean. The room didn't have ventilation. Everything very old. Unprofessional staff. You need to leave the key at reception, with no checks when getting it back. No confidence in leaving our staff unattended in the room.

Great local tips and directions. The location was excellent, close to metro stations and many charming cafes. The room size felt a bit restrictive at times, especially with the setup of the bathroom being less than ideal.

Everything was simply awesome. Clean, great value hotel, the location was great and incredible near to metro, buses, and trams, and fantastic eateries, cafes and food shops. The room itself was new-fashioned, warm in the water and had the things we needed. It was nice to have appetising yoghourt, jam and cheese in the morning...

The staff was very helpful and friendly, specially the one who works at night. The room is clean and commodious.

We used the stairs more than once because the elevator is constantly in use at the morning, you have to wait too much.
